Abstract

The article reveals certain aspects of legal technology as a system of legal instruments aimed at implementing the tasks and functions of complex public systems – the state and civil society, their interaction on the example of youth policy in modern Russia. The key role of the mechanism of legal regulation in the development of the theory of legal technology and related legal institutions is noted. The similarities and differences between the mechanism of legal regulation and legal technology are taken into account.
