The main purpose of the present article is to research the inpact of politico - military processes on the international law. The necessity of the present research is stipulated by mass violations of imperative demands of the international law which provides legal security to the modern world order. The present article proceeds with a number of precise recommendations and directions to enhance the efficiency of international law and to provide international legal security of world order based on the studies of relevant examples of distortion of international legal norms and principles in connection with particular spheres of legal regulation of international relations as well as on the analysis of their causes. To ensure world peace and security, the author of the article believes that states, guided by respect for sovereignty of states, and by deeply perceived consensus, should establish new organizational structures which will be endowed with absolute powers of supranational nature and be vested with the right to promptly consider any interstate dispute or concern. Every interstate dispute, even if it bears a purely local stamp, should be considered as a problem pertaining to all humankind.
